1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Cyprus Sparkle Clean, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Cyprus Sparkle Clean provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Cyprus. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Regular home and apartment cleaning
  • Villa cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move in/out cleaning
  • Office cleaning

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

3.3 Access

You must ensure that our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, you may be charged a lockout fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Our prices are based on the size of the property and the type of service requested. Prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of standard cleaning supplies.

4.2 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

5. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

  • Provide professional cleaning services as described
  • Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Treat your property with care and respect
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Address any concerns or complaints promptly

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Ensure safe access to your property
  • Secure valuables before our arrival
  • Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
  • Pay for services as agreed

7. Liability and Insurance

Cyprus Sparkle Clean maintains comprehensive liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, we will assess and address the damage fairly. You must report any damage within 24 hours of the service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty equipment or materials provided by you.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
